I'll keep this short today...
You'll probably have read or seen all the stuff to
do with ForestFit before so no need to lay it all out...
September is going to be a crazy
month for me, I have just got soooo much to do. When I
get back from the Archery World Championships we are straight back into
the normal ForestFit sessions Not only are we running a 07:00 group, we
are also splitting the group in 2, we are also setting up a 09:30 group
as well!.
I am also starting to train some new trainers to
join my team to not only help with ForestFit, but also strengthen our
Personal Training Services over at GetFit.lu.
Then in the midst of September I am off to
Stamford, Connecticut for a weekend seminar which will mean I am out of
town for about a week.
But then...
the guys on the August Hardcore group have enjoyed
the extreme challenge that Jessica and I set for them during our Summer
recess! so much so that they want more,
they want MORE
hardcore!!!!
Before Jessica jetted off to sunny New York last
week, she also said that whe wanted to do hardcore again....
But hey enough about us what about YOU!
OK, we will run ForestFit Hardcore, but If you are
going to join you have to be ready to do our entrance test! If
you can't do our entrance test, you will not get invited to JOIN
ForestFit Hardcore.
So what is this test???
Those of you from the current Hardcore sessions
will know all about the LEG MATRIX, up till now we have only done the
LIGHT version, to be accepted into the September Hardcore, you have to
be able to do the FULL LEG MATRIX without stopping at any point!
That means:
- 24 Bodyweight Squats
- 24 Bodyweight Split Squats
- 24 Split Squat Jumps
- 24 Squat Jumps
With no rest at all!
You see, every person who attends must know that
they will likely be sore, VERY SORE, the
next day and probably the day after that. The test is to see if you
make our grade and can cut the pace we are going to be going at on
the Hardcore sessions
So here is the deal, for the next 4 weeks,
starting NEXT week... that's the 8th September... we'll run a Monday
and a Wednesday evening workout starting at 18:30. Once again we'll
meet out at Bambesch, and utilise the forest to the absolute maximum.

settled for over 220 Euro, but then Jess threatened to beat me up AGAIN
and said I was just being a mean and miserable!
So for fear of having the undignified situation of
being beaten up by a girl who half my size and weight, I have halved
the price to just 109 Euro. Get on it quick before I change my mind!!
